The Netherland Inn & Boatyard Historic Site kicks off the 2026 season on Saturday, May 2nd with a

Celebration of 250 years on the Banks of the Holston River

• Learn the connection of riverboats and stagecoaches to our history
• Stroll through the Pioneer Transportation Museum

Descendants of the intrepid settlers who built this community are especially invited to attend and celebrate our history.

A list of names of the people owning property or living in the area around the Inn between 1800 and 1830 has been compiled from historic documents.
